Is anyone else having trouble logging into their AdWords accounts this morning? I keep getting a "Your billing information is temporarily unavailable" error. I can still access clients, but any campaign changes return me to the error. Aargh!

Hi all, and my apology for the problems.

I wanted to read/post here earlier, but have been unable to reach SEW forums for 12 hours and more for some unknown reason - so I understand the frustration!

In any case, I believe that your account issues will now have been resolved, and you should have access as normal. Please let me know if this is not the case.

Again, my apology to those affected.

The weight of the web pounding on those servers has taken its toll....

Or maybe it is just a ghost in the machine - the same one that inactivates keywords with 9% plus CTR expecting $5 minimum click......

now why couldn't that break down for a day or so... and let me establish solid CTRs and avoid the expensive hazing new terms are getting these days!!!

Has anyone had an issue withe their campaign performance e-mails? I notice that earlier this week, when I recieve my performance e-mails, they are for 2 days prior, and not the previous day. This has gone one since Tuesday. Anyone else having the same issues?

I've noticed that the reports I have scheduled to run automatically for the "last 7 days" are a day behind, and I have to manually run them. It wasn't like this until yesterday or the day before. Is that what's happening to you, Craig?

I never even got from report from two weeks ago and this week it came at the end of the day. (I'm supposed to get it in the morning)

I would go in and reset everything... double check that time etc has not been moved when they made some changes.

We do ours daily, but that is what is happening to us. The report I got on Monday for Sunday was fine, but the one I recieved on Tuesday wasn't. I looked at the .csv file that I was sent, and it looked like it was run at 10:22pm. Previously, it was run at 4:40 or there abouts. (Times, I do believe, are PST, and I'm in EST).
