View Full Version : I can't seem to start my "orders"...

I've created two different accounts for two clients. I've entered keywords, ads, and submitted them for approval. I then set a date of the 26th of this month for them to start running.

It's now the morning of the 27th and they're both not running. They're still in the "Submitted" stage. Though, I've checked the approval status and both the ads and keywords for both accounts have been approved.

Why are my campaigns not running? I'm thinking it might be a payment issue. But I do have a valid credit card on file. If I go to the "Accounts & Billing" tab, it shows that I have .00 balance (naturally), "No hold" for "Financial Status", and an "Active" status.

Anyone experience this? Or perhaps have any sort of tips as to something I'm missing?

Hi AmplifyChristian,
If your order status is "submitted", then your ads should be live - the "approved" status is used for keywords and ads, but not for orders. So you should be all set. Here's a breakdown of the terminology:

Order Status Codes
- Draft
- Submitted
- Rejected

Keyword / Ad Status Codes
- Pending Approval
- Approved
- Rejected

Hope that helps.
Thanks,

Your orders are likely running, however you won't see the stats until the reporting is complete. It takes longer than Yahoo! or Google to give you your spend/impressions/clicks stats, some times a couple of days.

Adcenter411,

can you comment on the reporting delay issue? do you think this is the cause of AmplifyChristian's issue?

Also, in general, how long are editorial approvals running these days?

I have orders that "started" on 6/23 that no impressions/clicks/spend have been reported for, and one order submitted that same day has 1 impression. I also have orders that "started" on 6/22 that do have stats. For the orders that do not have any stats, the keywords and ads are active when I searched for them.
