I am trying to include position preference in my bulk uploads of keywords to my adwords accounts. I have a large number of keywords in many ad groups and when I try to use the online interface for position preference, pages just time out.

How would I go about adding something in this string to include position preference?

campaign#1,adgroupA,keyword,broad,0.20,www.test.co m
