Is this possible via AdCenter? I tried manually creating campaigns through the interface, but I get these crazy error messages that make no sense, session timeouts after 3 minutes, etc. Also, is there anyway for me to download my entire account (campagins, ad groups, ads, keywords, bids, etc)? If possible, I would like to clean up my Adcenter account as well as add new campaigns, but doing this manually is almost impossible.

currently, you need to create your campaigns and orders through the interface. you can export and/or import your ads and keywords, but only at the order level. (the ability to import and export an entire campaign is on our list of feature requests as a high priority.) to export your ads:
1. go into your order and click on the ads tab.
2. click "Create or edit an ad"
3. click "Import or export ads"
4. click "Export to a CSV file"

to export keywords:
1. go into your order and click on the keyword performance tab.
2. click the "manage keywords" button.
3. in the drop-down menu, choose "Import or export keywords"
4. click "Export to CSV file"

when you're ready to import, you'll follow these same steps except for step 4, where you'll click Browse to import your file. there are Excel and CSV templates you can download from the ads tab and manage keywords page - be sure to use those templates when you import (and close them before importing).
