I've been looking to use AdWords API and know that it would be a lot of internal development work by a somewhat limited staff and budget. I came across AdWords Dominator, a developed program that uses the API. It says it uses an API developers token. From what I can understand, the AdWords API TOS say that I can't use this program. From API Terms and Conditions section II, #2. "2) Non-Compliant AdWords API Clients. You shall not use an AdWords API Client that violates this AdWords API Agreement. For example, you may not use your Developer Token with an AdWords API Client developed or hosted by a Third Party (excluding an Internal-Use Only AdWords API Client developed for you)."

Has anyone used this AdWords Dominator program? Is it worth the $124? Can it manage apporixmately 50-100k keywords effectively? Does it violate the API TOS Agreement? Any feedback, suggestions or ideas to implement API would be helpful.
