I'm having a hard time with this link

I want to put an image that links to this page but as stupid as it sound it never loads the webpage!! and if you cut it and open a new browser and paste the url it loads perfectly! i just don't get it, i try text link, java wich works on IE but not in any other browser, please help me with this issue, i use php to build all my webpages.
By the way it doesn't load from the link here but copy-paste in a new browser and it will works :eek:
