I would like to know everyone's opinion on how to get the best PR for your links page. Is using links manager on your own server going to get you the same PR as having it as just another page on your site? :confused:

PR is mostly about how pages link to one another. its just a measure of link popularity.

to get the highest PR on a links page you would want to link to it from every page in your site.

But wouldn't this cause PageRank leakage?
