I noticed that when I check incoming/back links of a Blog using different 'link popularity' tools, it always results in 0 number of sites linking to that particular Blog I am checking?
For example -
http://www.casino--i.blogspot.com
This site is ranked 1st page MSN Search for highly competitive keyword "casino", but 0 back links!?
Anyone has an explanation for this or how I can check back links for a Blog?
Thanks so much!

If you have not tried "link:www.casino--i.blogspot.com" (no quotes), it should tell you a rough number of pages that link to your blogger page. But be aware that this tool does not provide accurate numbers.
I notice your blog site redirects to another site that does not exist at all. Was this done on purpose?

The fact that you do not see any IBLs, doesn't mean that they do not exist, or that they do not affect your rankings.
It's just that Google does not release this info as public, every day. Just every one month/three months whatever.

You could use the Technorati This! link

That link is redirecting to a domain that's a casino site.
